ATTENTION: the owners live in the upper house!
They have built two luxury apartments under their small villa, surrounded by beautiful nature. Do you love peace and quiet, but also want to be close to the centre and the beach? Then look no further!
The space
Each apartment/studio is approximately 30m2 and has its own entrance with large sliding doors. Can be closed off with beige-coloured blackout curtains. Fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, large wardrobe and full-length mirror.
Depending on your booking, we will arrange the rooms for you. Are you coming with two couples? Then you will find two king-size beds (1.80 x 2.00) in each apartment. Are you coming with six friends? Then you will all have a single bed or one king-size bed and one single bed (90 x 2.00). Everything can be arranged according to your wishes.
All beds are equipped with lovely down duvets (when it’s colder), a comfortable mattress and our bed linen is made of high-quality Egyptian cotton. We believe that a good night’s sleep is one of the most important things to provide our guests with.
Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with everything at your disposal: a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, oven, toaster, juicer, electric hob and basic necessities such as olive oil and salt/pepper, etc. There is also a Nespresso milk frother and a blender.
Adjacent to the kitchen is your own bathroom with toilet and a lovely rain shower. For the ladies, a hairdryer and straightening iron are also provided! All basic amenities such as hand soap, kitchen roll, toilet paper, washing-up liquid and kitchen and bath towels are also included. Everything is taken care of! And if something is missing, we will make sure it is provided!
In the outdoor seating area in front of the apartments, you will find a lovely lounge area with access to a BBQ. In addition to this lounge area, you will find an indoor garden/living room next to the swimming pool with a large internet TV (equipped with all streaming services such as Netflix) and Playstation 5. There is also a cupboard full of games present, so enjoyable evenings are guaranteed.
You share the tropical garden with hammock, terrace and swimming pool with your own group and present pets; 5 dogs, 3 cats and chickens (= fresh eggs every day!). A cosy menagerie, so a love of animals is desirable!
A cot and high chair are also available – please indicate this when booking and we will make sure they are ready for you.
Guest access
Casa la Vida is beautifully situated in the countryside, yet close to everything. A car is highly recommended, free parking in the street and free from traffic noise. Wonderfully peaceful!
