The space
This villa is ideal for your family holiday, featuring a wonderful private pool with stunning sea views over Cala Canyelles Bay, a luxury BBQ (Green Egg), a pizza oven, and a beautiful outdoor bar.

The villa is located just below street level. A wide staircase leads you down to the front door. Upon entering, you step onto the first floor, which includes a separate toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with access to the lovely balcony/terrace with breathtaking views. On the left side of the house, there is an additional terrace with a large dining table and parasol, also offering the same stunning views. This is also where you’ll find the outdoor kitchen with the luxury pizza oven and BBQ.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all conveniences: coffee machine, two dishwashers, fridge-freezer combination, oven, and microwave. The kitchen connects to the cozy living room with a comfortable seating area and TV. The SMART TV includes channels from all over the world. From the seating area, you can once again enjoy the beautiful sea view.

Behind the seating area is a large bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom. This bathroom features a bathtub, toilet, and separate rain shower.

The typical Spanish Villa Blue Bay offers no less than 5 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all renovated and generously sized.

At the entrance, a staircase leads downstairs to the remaining bedrooms and bathrooms. In the spacious hallway, there is a small desk placed in a cool, quiet spot, ideal if you need to do some work.

Downstairs, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds, and the 4th bedroom has 3 single beds. Several bedrooms have direct access to the beautiful private pool. Around the pool, there are plenty of sun loungers and space to relax. A unique feature is the covered outdoor bar and a separate outdoor building with a toilet and shower.

Air conditioning is available in 4 of the 5 bedrooms, as well as in the living room.

Facilities such as an ironing board, iron, and drying rack are available. Upon arrival, you will receive a towel set (1 large and 1 small towel). Pool towels are available upon request, as well as extra cleaning during your stay or laundry service.

During your stay, the pool is maintained to ensure it is always in perfect condition, so you don’t have to worry about it. The pool can be heated in the spring and autumn seasons (April/May and September/October). This is not applicable during the colder winter months.

Guest access
The villa is located on a quiet street (local traffic only) with plenty of free parking available. The house is situated in the Serra Brava neighborhood. About 500 meters away, you’ll find a small supermarket where you can enjoy a pleasant morning walk to get fresh bread. Please note: this supermarket is only open during high season (from June to mid-September).

Other things to note
High-quality fiber-optic internet, digital television, and Google Chromecast are available.

The cleaning fee covers the final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and pool towels.

Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or one of her colleagues. You will receive a comprehensive tour of the house along with all necessary information for your stay.
