This unique villa offers features you will not find anywhere else in Lloret de Mar. Located on a quiet street, Villa Top Rock is perfect for guests seeking relaxation, privacy, and breathtaking views. You will truly feel like the king of Lloret de Mar — ON TOP OF THE ROCKS — thanks to the spectacular panoramic views over the town, the Mediterranean Sea, and beyond.

The villa has been completely renovated and lovingly decorated with attention to detail and comfort, featuring several balconies, rooftop terraces, and a truly one-of-a-kind swimming pool.

Upon arrival, you can park your car on the street or behind the gated entrance (space for 1–2 cars). As you enter the villa, you are welcomed into a warm and stylish interior where the tasteful bohemian atmosphere and authentic details immediately stand out.

To the left, you will find the living room with breathtaking sea views as its backdrop. The living area offers a comfortable lounge corner and an adjoining kitchen with a dining table suitable for the entire group. Through the French doors, you can step onto a lovely balcony and enjoy the spectacular sea views. The living room is equipped with a SMART TV including your favourite streaming services — although we expect the view itself will be your main entertainment.

The kitchen has preserved the authentic character of the house while being fully equipped with modern conveniences, including a dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, sandwich maker, toaster, and basic essentials such as salt, pepper, and olive oil. For coffee lovers, there is an L’OR coffee machine, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea.

The villa offers three bedrooms for up to 8 guests, each decorated in a peaceful Mediterranean bohemian style.

• Bedroom 1 is located on the same floor as the living room and features a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a spacious built-in wardrobe, and a desk for remote work. Through the balcony doors, you can wake up to stunning sea views every morning.
• Bedroom 2, located along the same hallway, also features a double bed (1.50 x 2.00 m), a spacious built-in wardrobe, and a private en-suite bathroom. We highly recommend sleeping with the curtains open — the sunrise views are simply phenomenal.
• Bedroom 3 is a family room located on the upper floor, accessible via the staircase near the entrance. This spacious room features a king-size double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (0.90 x 2.00 m). An additional single bed is available for a 9th guest (child only). This room also enjoys breathtaking views and direct access to a large rooftop terrace.

All bedrooms are equipped with premium Egyptian cotton bed linen, air conditioning, and blackout shutters for maximum comfort.

The villa is fully focused on convenience and comfort for our guests. Practical amenities such as an ironing board, iron, and drying rack are provided. Missing something? We are happy to arrange it for you.

Via the staircase near the entrance, you can access the laundry room with a washing machine. This area also includes a cosy games corner for children. Through the large authentic doors, you enter the villa’s truly unique pool area. The pool area can also be accessed from outside via the garden staircase near the parking area.

The outdoor space is undoubtedly one of the highlights of this property — and we truly believe no other villa in Lloret de Mar has a pool quite like this one. Standing here on top of the rocks creates a powerful and unforgettable feeling. The private swimming pool is perfect for cooling off on warm days, while the sun loungers, spacious dining area, and BBQ invite you to fully relax and enjoy long evenings with family and friends.

The pool is professionally maintained during your stay to ensure it remains in perfect condition at all times.

Upon arrival, you will receive a towel package including:

• 1 large towel
• 1 small towel
• 1 pool towel per person

Bath mats and guest towels are also provided. Additional cleaning or laundry service is available upon request.

Pets are welcome upon request.

Villa Top Rock is located in the beautiful residential area of Roca Grossa and is best reached by car or taxi. From the villa, you overlook the entire town of Lloret de Mar and beyond — truly feeling on top of the urbanisation.

Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Aroa, Lynn, or one of their colleagues. They will provide you with a tour of the villa and all the information you need for a pleasant stay.

During your stay, they remain available to answer any questions. You will also receive an e-book with recommendations for the most beautiful beaches and best restaurants in the area.

Please note that, upon arrival, we are legally required to charge tourist tax. This amounts to €1.75 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and older, with a maximum of 7 nights). We are also legally required to scan your ID upon arrival in order to register your stay with the local authorities
