Large family villa with private pool for the perfect family holiday!
The nearest beach is the stunning Cala Canyelles (4.5 km), and the center of Lloret de Mar is just 6.5 km away.
The space
This villa is ideal for two or even three families, as there is an incredible amount of space. The house consists of two floors with a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There is a large swimming pool with sun loungers for everyone, and next to it a pool house featuring a fully equipped second kitchen, dining area for 12 guests, and a BBQ.
Entering through the front door, you arrive on the upper floor where you will find a large bedroom (bed 1.50 x 1.90 m) with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub. On this floor, you will also find a second bedroom with two single beds (90 x 1.90 m) and a third bedroom with a double bed (1.50 x 1.90 m). In the hallway, there is a second bathroom with toilet.
Via the beautiful natural stone staircase, you reach the ground floor. Here you will find the remaining three bedrooms: two bedrooms with double beds (1.60 x 2.00 m and 1.50 x 1.90 m) and one bedroom with two single beds (90 x 2.00 m). This floor also includes two bathrooms with shower and toilet.
In addition to the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this floor also offers a living room with TV and dining table, and a separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

From both the living room and the kitchen, you can step outside into the spacious outdoor area: a dining area for 12 guests, the pool house with a fully equipped kitchen (including a second dishwasher and washing machine), BBQ area, and of course the large swimming pool with outdoor shower and sun loungers.
The house has central heating (very comfortable in winter) and free Wi-Fi.
There are two large air conditioning units, one on each floor (not individually in each bedroom). Additional fans are available if needed.
Guest access
Few houses in Lloret de Mar offer this much space. You rent the entire property privately for you and your family, with plenty of room to also enjoy some privacy within your group.
Free parking is available directly in front of the house.
The villa is located high up in the Serra Brava neighborhood, about 6.5 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.
Within Serra Brava, about 700 meters away, there is a small supermarket where you can buy fresh bread, ice cream, and other essentials. Open approximately from late May until late September.
Other things to note
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or her colleague. She will show you all the ins and outs of the house and provide you with an e-book containing tips for the best beaches and restaurants. During your stay, she will always be available for questions.
We are required to collect a tourist tax upon arrival of €1.10 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and over, with a maximum of 7 nights).
