The center and beach of Lloret de Mar are only 3 km away (8 minutes by car).

The space
Villa Mare Nostrum is the perfect destination for a relaxing family holiday. Unwind by the private pool with unparalleled panoramic sea views and let yourself be enchanted by the magical sunsets.

With four bedrooms, the standard occupancy is ideal for 9 guests. For an additional fee of €25 per person per night, the villa can accommodate up to 13 guests. Please contact us for more information by clicking on the WhatsApp button below.

Golf enthusiasts will also find this villa an excellent base. Within 30 minutes, you can reach several beautiful golf courses, including the renowned Camiral Golf Resort (formerly PGA) in Girona. Just 15 minutes further, you will find Club de Golf d’Aro Mas Nou near Platja d’Aro — a spectacular course with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Gavarres mountains, recognized by the European Society of Course Architects as one of the best golf courses in Europe.

The villa is located in a cul-de-sac, making it very quiet with minimal traffic, and only 50 meters from the start of several hiking trails. A 2 km walking path leads directly to the town center and the beach (approximately 20–25 minutes on foot). The villa is built above street level and has stairs, making it less suitable for guests with reduced mobility.

Upon arrival, you will see that the property is secured with an electric gate. The driveway, although steep, offers space for 3 small cars or 2 large cars. If needed, two small parking areas are available within a few minutes’ walk.

From the street, you enter the driveway and then take the stairs up to the villa, where you first arrive at a small round table in a pleasantly shaded spot — ideal for those who want to relax quietly. This terrace level also gives access to the entrance of the house.

Upon entering the villa, you arrive in the hallway where you will find the first bathroom with shower and toilet directly ahead. To your right is the fully equipped kitchen with BBQ area, including a filter coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, and more. If you are unsure whether something is available, feel free to contact us.

To the left of the entrance is Bedroom 1 with two single beds and the living room. The living room features a comfortable sofa, television, and dining area for 12 people — all with phenomenal sea views. A major plus: the living room is on the same level as the pool, allowing you to step directly outside for a refreshing swim and then relax on one of the sun loungers.

As clearly visible in the photos, there are multiple outdoor seating areas: a large table for six, a round table for four, and a cozy spot for two at the front. A large parasol is available for hot summer days, and there is a beautiful outdoor shower at the side of the villa. During your stay, the pool is professionally maintained to ensure it remains in perfect condition.

In the hallway at the entrance, a staircase leads upstairs to a spacious landing. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms:

Bedroom 2: two single beds and a sofa bed (up to 4 guests)
Bedroom 3: a double bed and a sofa bed (up to 4 guests)
Bedroom 4: a double bed with a private en-suite bathroom

If desired, we can place an extra bed here for a 13th guest/child upon request. Each additional guest from the 10th person onwards can stay for €25 per person per night.

All three bedrooms offer stunning sea views. From the large balcony, you can peacefully enjoy your morning coffee in the sun and in the evening a glass of wine while watching the sunset.

This floor also includes a small laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. An ironing board, iron, and drying rack are available. Upon arrival, you will receive a towel set (1 large and 1 small towel). Pool towels are available upon request.

There is no air conditioning, but each room is equipped with a fan for warmer summer days. The villa has central heating for the winter months.

Guest access
The villa is located in the urbanisation calles Roca Grossa. It’s located on a quiet cul-de-sac. You can park your car on the property, and if this is not suitable for your vehicle because of the steepness (see photos), there are two small parking areas nearby. A 2 km walking path leads directly to the town center and the beach (approximately 20–25 minutes on foot).

At the beginning of Mare Nostrum Street, there is also a bus stop. Bus lines 3 and 4 stop here. Information is available online or upon request — we’re happy to assist you.

There are also tennis courts, padel courts, golf courses, and various water activities in the area. Villa Mare Nostrum is also the perfect base for visiting other beautiful Costa Brava towns such as Begur, Platja d’Aro, Calella de Palafrugell, or even Barcelona.

Other things to note
Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostesses Lynn or Aroa. You will receive a tour of the house with all the necessary information for your stay. During your stay, our hostess is always available for any questions you may have. You will also receive an e-book with tips for the best beaches and restaurants.

We are required to collect a tourist tax upon arrival of €1.10 per person per night (for guests aged 16 and over, with a maximum of 7 nights).
