The space
This villa is perfect for a relaxing family holiday, featuring a lovely private pool, comfortable lounge beds for everyone, a BBQ, and — not to forget — AMAZING SEA VIEWS!
Upon entering, you step into the lower floor where you will find three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to one of the bedrooms.
The en-suite bedroom has a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, while the other bedrooms each have a 1.60 x 2.00 m bed.
The house features a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all conveniences: Dolce Gusto coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge-freezer, oven, and microwave. The kitchen connects to the living room, where there is a sofa bed accommodating two additional guests, a TV, and a dining table.
From the living room, sliding doors lead you directly to the terrace with the breathtaking sea view. This entire floor is equipped with climate control, making it very comfortable in both summer and winter.
At the entrance, there is also a door to the right leading upstairs to the fourth bedroom, which has its own bathroom and a private balcony — again with that beautiful sea view.
All windows have blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort.
In addition to the lovely pool, there is an outdoor shower, sun loungers with soft cushions, and plenty of parasols. At the front of the house, there is a table on the veranda, and at the back of the house, you will find another shaded table with BBQ facilities.
