This villa is ideal for, for example, two families, as the property consists of a house for 6 people and an apartment for 4 people. Complete with a wonderfully large pool, a lounge set with seating for everyone, and an outdoor kitchen with gas stove and BBQ.
The house features two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the master bedroom, a large kitchen, and three bedrooms. There is a medium-sized living room with a TV (equipped with an Amazon Fire Stick) and a dining table. The property offers central heating (very pleasant in winter), air conditioning for summer, and free WiFi throughout the house. From the living room, stairs lead down to the garage packed with entertainment: a dartboard for adults and children, a table tennis table, and a foosball table.
From the living room, you can step outside into the spacious outdoor area, where you’ll find a lounge set for everyone, several sunbeds, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a wonderfully large swimming pool with a small waterfall.
From the large family pool in the garden, a white staircase leads up to the other part of Villa Vio. Here you will find the separate apartment for 4 people, with two bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower, and a kitchen with a bar. All windows are fitted with blackout shutters for optimal sleeping comfort, and all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Very important to mention is that all beds are made with high-quality bedding, along with excellent pillows and mattresses. The owner supplies Egyptian cotton to hotels.

Not many houses in Lloret de Mar offer both a garage and private on-site parking. There is space for one large car on the driveway, and free parking is also available in the street in front of the house.
The house is located in the Lloret Blau neighborhood, about 6 km from the center of Lloret de Mar.

Upon arrival, you will be personally welcomed by our hostess Lynn or Aroa. They will show you all the ins and outs of the house and provide you with an e-book containing tips for the best beaches and restaurants.
Please note: We are required to collect a tourist tax upon arrival of €1.10 per person per night (for guests aged 17 and over, with a maximum of 7 nights).
